Born in Wales, Mike had grown up on a sheep farm with three brothers and a sister, spending seventeen years on it before he had finally made the decision to move away, out of the countryside, out of a desire for new experiences and excitement. He moved to Lincolnshire, and enrolled in the RAF Cranwell College, a school for budding Royal Air Force pilots. He began training on both fighter planes and combat helicopters - his favorite being a Bell UH-1 Huey combat chopper. Mike spent three years with the Air Force, serving as a pilot and a mechanic, getting himself involved in several special force operations as their pilot. Mike grew adept at evasive maneuvers performed in the air, as well as using air to ground missiles and turrets mounted on his vehicles.Shortly after, Mike was offered a job at USSTRATCOM for his exceptional skill, taking
on the offer soon after. He had initially based himself in Texas, visiting the STRATCOM branch
there before moving to the current STRATCOM headquarters, where he concluded his STRATCOM training and was given residence there.
He grew well-known amongst their ranks of pilots, and often delivered special operations agents to their destinations, oftentimes providing air support in certain
cases. When a new agent, who soon was known to him as Leon S Kennedy, the pair soon became fast friends, and they often spent time with one another. Mike and Leon often went out to drink together, especially at a bar the two preferred to frequent - and
often went there together to grab a drink and food after missions concluded, or whenever
one of the pair offered.Word soon came that Ashley Graham, the president’s daughter, had been abducted by someone within STRATCOM and the government. Mike, along with Leon, were the only other people to know about the situation - with the pilot having volunteered to be on standby for the mission. Mike got into the pilot’s seat soon after the debriefing, and was the one who flew and landed Leon in Spain, accompanying him to the local police station, where the pair parted ways; with Leon heading into the woods on his report, and Mike heading back to base.Mike monitored the situation as close as he could, working with Hunnigan and never leaving the proximity of the chopper, waiting for the chance of a call that would mean for him to take up arms and fly back to help - or to rescue. He managed to keep the guns loaded and armed, ready for battle - as well as the helicopter in top shape, ready for any mission that would involve him.When USSTRATCOM agent Leon S. Kennedy sent out to the village of Valdelobos to search for the missing Ashley Graham after intel suggests her location is within the valley, Kennedy confirms that he had found the target held up in the church and requests Ingrid Hunnigan for evacuation.Hunnigan complies and directs the pair to the extraction point. As they make their way to the rendezvous point, heavy rainfall begins to pour which delays the helicopter's arrival to the destination and Hunnigan relates them to this fact.Sometime later, Mike got a call from Hunnigan to make his way to the island, which he readily accepted. He flew as quick as he could to to the island as Hunnigan directed the combat chopper to assist Leon.As Kennedy is pinned down by heavy gunfire from Ganados, Mike flew in and introduced himself to the agent before requesting him to lure enemies into an open area. Kennedy quickly advances through the area to get to Graham who has been taken away by Los Iluminados with Mike taking down half of the forces.The pair come across an anti-aircraft gun and Mike moves away from the conflict and requests Kennedy to take it out. After Kennedy successfully destroyed the AA gun, he headed to the extraction point where Mike had let down a ladder, intending to allow the agent to board the vehicle so they could make their way to Ashley. They were hindered by Novistadors controlled by Osmund Saddler, which ended up causing the helicopter to crash.It is highly unlikely that he survived.

He was scouted by Chris not long after in 2010 , where he was assigned with the older man to investigate events occurring at Philosophy University alongside Rebecca Chambers and Sophie Home , who were more heavily involved with the events at that time .They arrived at the University and soon uncovered illegal genetic modification of most of the students, and after a strong investigation into the school itself, discovered the culprit lay within one of the university professors - Ryan Howard, who was also responsible for the T-Virus’ bond with Mary Gray, who assisted him in spreading the virus. They were successful in their attempt to clear the situation and eliminate the immediate threats, and he was given an opportunity to stay in contact with Sophie Home, which was an opportunity he was quick to take.He was also responsible in the operation within Marhawa School in 2012 in search of a virologist .However, his largest operation lay in the Edonian war and subsequent events - he was assigned with BSAA squad Alpha Team led by Chris Redfield , came across Jake Muller and Sherry Birkin briefly, before being confronted by hordes of J’avo and heavily mutated hostiles. After reaching the city hall , they encountered ‘Ada Wong’ , who subsequently infected the entire team barring Piers and Chris, the latter which suffered extensive head injuries as Piers dragged him to safety.Six months after, Piers tracked Chris to a bar in Edonia - the soldier had suffered from extensive post traumatic amnesia, and in a bid to bring him back to the BSAA , Piers forced his memories to the surface via reintroducing him to his history, and they moved to rescue several UN diplomats on their way . They proceeded to track down and hunt ‘Ada Wong’ after given intel , and they were sent to an oil rig where they went to the underwater research complex and discovered another mutated creature.He infected himself with the virus not long after in a bid to rescue Chris Redfield, and sealed him into an escape pod, leaving himself behind into the imploding facility. He barely survived the incident thanks to the C Virus mutating to compensate , and was washed up and recovered a good deal of time later, leading to extensive hospital stays, a prosthetic arm in place of his mutated one, halved vision, and a new affinity for electricity and being able to manipulate it to an extent .He is still working in a relaxed role within the BSAA’s Oceanic branch after taking the opportunity from Sophie Home’s offer .

Born under Mia and Ethan Winters whilst they were under BSAA protection, Rosemary was born unknowingly with the mold properties that Ethan possessed following the Louisiania incident . They were constantly moved , and by the time she was around one years of age, they were living in Eastern Europe. Sometime early in the year, the BSAA’s information got leaked, and so did the information of her mutant nature - it reached Mother Miranda soon enough, and by February, she had infiltrated the Winters household.Redfield and the rest of his team initiated a raid, in which they took Rose and Ethan alongside them, but their convoy was interrupted and Rose was abducted by Miranda. She was taken apart and put into four flasks, and over the course of the time, Ethan found each one and put her back together at the altar. He helped manage her mutant status by conferring with teachers and teaching her the best he could, and was allowed a regular education. Her school experiences were poor and she often wished to be normal.She was brought into the Realm of Conciousness after being tricked by Miranda and the Black God , and went through archived remnants of the village her father went through to save her. She was targeted by Miranda but saved by the recorded person of Ethan Winters during that time, and Eveline targeted her as well - Ethan managed to help recover her, and ended up sacrificing himself to provide her with the power she needed when they eventually faced Miranda once more.Not long after escaping the ROC , she finally joined Chris , and started helping him out with her newfound-increased mutant capabilities .
